About Us - A note from Martin and Alison Hello and welcome to our site! We have run our letting business for 15 successful years now - starting out after seeing the often awful standards of accommodation offered to our own children and believing we could do better! We are NLA (National Landlords Association) members and accredited. All our properties have been bought with a view to improving them over time - rather than letting them get run down - and all have annual gas checks etc. and regular maintenance, keeping up standards inside and out. All our properties are detached and many even offer off-street parking. With the abundance of local language schools we welcome overseas students and are happy to offer special terms, for example the ability to pay monthly or termly and accepting payment in Euros etc. We are pleased to note many students stay with us over the course of their studies, either in the same property or perhaps just moving from one to another. In addition to the above we also enjoy a good working relationship with the staff who deal with student accommodation at, for example, Bournemouth University and The Arts University College at Bournemouth.
