Letting Details The majority of our properties are joint lets to five students, however we do have a two and a three bedroom flat available. Where overseas students are unable to provide a guarantor, they must pay termly, in advance. Deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent - overall. For example, 5 students, rent £1650 per month, deposit = £1650 (£330 each). |
