Our Commitment - What you can expect from us... We will respect your privacy and usually a minimum of 24 hours notice will be given before visiting a property - except, for example, in an emergency. Fair dealing: we are proud of the good relationships we develop with our tenants and we know mutual respect on both sides is necessary to achieve this. You can expect personal service from us - so no agency involvement and no £100 contract fees. Cleanliness is a big worry for parents, so you'll both be pleased to know our properties are professionally cleaned before you move in. Maintenance: we have an excellent record and will always strive to carry out repairs within a few days. Annual gas checks for safety. A comprehensive contract that is clear so everyone knows where they stand. We can e-mail it to you so you have ample time to read and discuss points before signing it. We have a repairs and renewal programme to keep improving our properties to improve the standards for our students. |
