Following payments by standing order only, to be made by 25th of preceding month. Where unable to provide a guarantor, overseas students must pay termly in advance. Homes returned in good order - as you get them - so you get your deposit back. Respect for others in the house (and neighbours too) - particularly cleanliness in communal areas.  Washing up to be done at all times. Use of the vacuum cleaner to prevent heavy damage and permanent soiling of carpets.
